WORST SERVICE EVER
In general: Booked through Ebooker paid my £150. Was supposed to be staying at the Crescent apartments for 2 days. Rang on the day of arrival to get the key code number so we could get into our apartment, no reply from Tony H I texted no response I rang a total of 18 times no reply to any call. I contacted Ebooker as we were sat outside. Had 97% charge in my mobile by the tie I was passed around and on hold and finally offered another place to stay i had 15% charge left. I booked this apartment as it was a ground floor and in the middle of Bridlington as my husband is disabled and ant walk far we ended too far from where we wanted. Shoddy treatment. Will never book with Ebooker again and certainly wont ever stay at The Cresent apartments. Disgusting service all round. Useful tips: DONT USE EBOOKER OR BOOK WITH ANYONE ELSE TO STAY AT THE CRESCENT... YOU WONT BE ABLE TO GAIN ACCESS
